Leah Paraschiv, CMPE
As MSOC’s Director of Information Management, Leah Paraschiv manages the processes related to the back-end of the revenue cycle as well as all the tools and technology used in MSOC Health’s internal operations. She works with external technology and service vendors to ensure that those relationships are beneficial and add value to MSOC Health and our clients.
Leah has eight years of experience in revenue cycle management, financial analytics, payor contract negotiations, and software implementation. She is an Excel whiz with a strong knack for analysis, and she designs and maintains MSOC Health’s custom analytical tools used to help billing and consulting clients effectively manage their revenue cycle. Using these tools, MSOC Health can ensure that claims are being paid at each practice’s contracted rates and effectively negotiate with payers for more favorable contract terms.

As of 2017, she has been elected to serve on the NCMGMA Board of Directors for the Piedmont Region.
Leah earned dual B.A. degrees in Political Science and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is a die-hard Tarheel fan. She also holds board certification (CMPE) from the American College of Medical Practice Executives.
