Neda Ryan
General Counsel

“A leader takes people where they want to go. A great leader takes people where they don’t necessarily want to go but ought to be. “

– Rosalynn Carter
Former First Lady, United States

Neda Ryan is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in healthcare-focused revenue cycle management (RCM). Although initially focused on pursuing a career outside of healthcare and RCM, working at a boutique healthcare law firm early in her career quickly changed her trajectory. Neda is no stranger to the ever-evolving legal and compliance regulations in healthcare.

Throughout her career, Neda has had the privilege of collaborating with various healthcare providers, suppliers, and businesses, providing invaluable guidance on compliance, corporate matters, and strategic initiatives. This multifaceted exposure to RCM has given Neda the opportunity to understand the industry’s unique dynamics.

Outside of her experience as a legal expert, Neda managed MiraMed Global Services’ offshore operations before the company merged with Coronis Health. This distinctive vantage point greatly influences her role as Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel (CLO/GC) at Coronis Health, enabling her to not only understand the unique services offered by the organization but also to identify potential challenges, capitalize on strengths, and identify growth opportunities in alignment with Coronis’s strategic plan.

As CLO/GC at Coronis, Neda plays a pivotal role in assessing and advising the management team on organizational risks. She collaborates closely with operational and functional leaders to develop strategies aimed at mitigating these risks. Following the merger between Coronis and MiraMed, Neda spearheaded the centralization of the contracting process, including the development and implementation of new contract templates, helping to successfully position the organization in managing contractual risk. Along with Chief Compliance Officer Bellinger Moody, Neda has fostered a uniform culture of compliance across Coronis, which continues to take shape and reinforce the organization’s commitment to adherence.
